Seeing a mill in dreams: Signs of wealth, war and marriage

1. A Judge: An authority figure who dispenses justice.

2. A Chief: A leader of a group or community.

Prophet Daniel (a.s): Benefits and the mill owner

Hz. Danyal (Daniel) focused on the relationship between the dreamer and the mill's owner, as well as the physical condition of the mechanism:

• Grinding Grain: Taking grain to a mill and turning it into flour signifies receiving goodness and benefit from the mill's owner.

• Broken Stone: Seeing the millstone break or the work stop indicates that the owner of the mill may pass away.

• Cracked Stone: If the stone is cracked or malfunctioning, it suggests the owner is showing negligence or laziness in earning a livelihood.

Allame Majlisi stated that seeing a mill indicates one’s name will be mentioned with respect and they will receive kindness from noble people. However, a working mill can also symbolize competition.

• Stopped Mill: Contrary to some classical views, seeing a stopped mill can imply that luck will favor the dreamer in matters of love and livelihood.

• Sound of the Mill: Hearing the noise of a mill suggests obtaining a job that promises a good income.

• Broken Wheel: Seeing a broken mill wheel indicates encountering a problem while meeting with a loved one.
